OR Tambo Parking offer the a convenient and hassle-free under-cover valet parking off Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport. With this Meet and Greet service one of their representatives will meet you at a time, chosen by you, and then all you need to do is make your way directly to check-in. Your car will be taken to a secure undercover car park by a professional driver and stored. When you return from your trip your vehicle will be waiting for you, again without any of the hassle of other car parks.
Making a Booking
Book online, once your booking is complete you will receive confirmation and instructions via SMS and email.
Departure Day
As you approach the airport please ring the number given on the confirmation email to announce your arrival. One of the Meet and Greet Operatives will give you instructions and directions to the drop off point.
The Operative may also attempt to contact you using the details as recorded on your original booking form so please ensure that any mobile number entered for you is the one you use on your day of travel.
For your safety and security all of the operatives carry identification details which can be inspected on request.
You’ll be offered help to unload your baggage and then your car condition and return travel details will be checked. Once your paperwork is complete you’re able to walk directly into the terminal building to continue your journey.
Returning
The car park staff will be monitoring your return flight to ensure the timely delivery of your vehicle so there’s no need to be concerned about flight delays.
Once you have your baggage and cleared customs please call the phone nuber sent on the confirmation email to ensure the car park operative is standing by with your vehicle at the pickup point.
Your Meet and Greet Operative may ask to see proof of booking and/or ID to ensure we return the car to the rightful owner.
Running Late/Early?
Please call the number provided if you are running early or late. If you arrive significantly late or early without letting the car park know they may not be able to book you in immediately.
Change of plans?
Please send an email with your request. Amendments must be received more than 48 hours in advance of the drop off/return time (free of charge). Amendments within that time may be subject to a handling charge and may not be accommodated.
Transfers
