Total Parking Service Durban offer a great valet parking service at King Shaka airport. From R30 per day or part therof, it is the ideal way to book your airport parking.

Prices start from R70 per day, with the daily rate decreasing the longer you book for. This is applied automatically when you enter your dates. After 30 days, the valet service is reduced to a low price of R30 per day.

The service provided is a valet service. It allows you to begin your journey hassle free with a premium service. Once the TPMS representative meets you at the airport, he / she will drive your vehicle directly to the secure car park located 8 minutes from the airport (12 km) at Ottawa. There is armed security who monitor the car park. It also has a perimeter fence and a barrier gate to enter and exit the parking lot. Your car will not leave this location until your return, when the car parking staff will meet you at King Shaka airport terminal with your car to allow you to proceed with your onward journey.

Other services are offered which you can choose at the time of booking. These include :

MINI VALET: This service includes: A high pressure wash, engine clean, rim clean and tyre shine, interior vacuum and wipe down. Cost R150.00.
FULL VALET: All of the above plus interior carpet clean, upholstery clean (or leather treatment if applicable), roof lining clean. (We do however need the car for a minimum of two (2) days to allow for drying. Cost R475.00
Hand Polish: R190.00

Directions

On the day of your departure, please follow directions for Durban and then the airport. When you are about 20 minutes away, please call your driver. This is to ensure maximum efficiency where meeting you at the terminal building, and it allows staff to readjust in the event that you are early or have been delayed. The cell number of your driver will be sent to you automatically by email, once the reservation is placed. Once you arrive at King Shaka airport, the car park staff will meet you and do a quick inspection of the vehicle. They will have a clip board with the an inspection document on it, which you will be required to sign. This is that both parties agree to the vehicle condition at the time the keys are passed over. Staff will know the details of your car and your name before you arrive, so they will identify your vehicle.

On your return, please call the same number when you are collecting your luggage. Once you have completed this and gone through customs (for international flights), the driver will be waiting with your vehicle outside the departures area of Durban airport.

Important

Please note: If you choose a valet option and your vehicle is an SUV or 4X4, there will be a surcharge of R15 for a mini or full valet. This is payable to the driver.
